Attorneys
Michael A. Dinges
Michael was born in 1968 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Williamsport High School (1986), James Madison University (B.S. 1990), and Ohio Northern University (J.D. 1993). Michael met his wife, Christina, in law school. Michael was admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1993 and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy S. Sear of Mifflin County in 1994. He was associated with the law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin from 1994 to 1996. He served Lycoming County as Assistant District Attorney from 1996-2002, and as the District Attorney from 2002 to 2008. Michael is a former partner of the Law Offices of Elion, Wayne, Grieco, Carlucci, Shipman, Dinges & Dinges, P.C.
Michael is a member of the Lycoming Law Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association and currently serves on the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Christina, and his sons, Joshua and Jacob. Michael enjoys hunting, fishing, and most outdoor activities.

Christina L. DiMarco Dinges
Christina was born in 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended Brecksville High School in Brecksville, Ohio, and John Carroll University (B.S. B.A. 1992) in University Heights, Ohio, where she studied accounting. Christina obtained her law degree from Ohio Northern University (J.D. 1995) where she met her husband, Mike. She was admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1995, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 2000. She served Lycoming County as a law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Butts from January 1996 through September 1997. Christina is a former partner of the Law Offices of Elion, Wayne, Grieco, Carlucci, Shipman, Dinges & Dinges, P.C.
Christina is a member of the Lycoming Law Association; she was the former chair for the family law committee and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and children, Josh and Jake, and extended family and friends.
She enjoys participating in most outdoor activities like camping, kayaking, hiking, running, and boating. You may see her out and about walking her dog, Gunner.

Paralegals
Nicole Oeler
Nicole is the paralegal to Christina L. Dinges. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2005. Nicole interned with Christina through college and has been her paralegal ever since.
Nicole is also a notary public and a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.
Nicole lives in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania with her three daughters. When she’s not playing taxi to and from her girls’ many different sporting events, you can catch her front porch sitting or curled up with a good book. Her favorite place to be is the beach.
Amy Woodley
Amy is the paralegal to Michael A. Dinges. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2015. Amy has been with Dinges, Dinges & Waltz, LLC since 2016.
Amy lives in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania with her husband and two sons. On the rare occasion she is not playing dinosaurs, or superheroes or being a referee to yet another round of “I had it first!” she can be found reading a good book or doing a puzzle.
Secretaries
Dena Straub
Dena is an assistant to each of the attorneys at Dinges, Dinges & Waltz, LLC. She earned her Associate Degree in Legal Secretarial Science at the Newport Business Institute formerly of Williamsport, PA. She provides scheduling services at the firm as well as secretarial tasks.
When calling the office to seek a consultation or when accepting notice of an upcoming proceeding or meeting, you will receive communications from Dena’s desk.
Dena is originally from Lycoming County, grew up in Allenwood, PA, and eventually graduated from South Williamsport High School.
She moved out of the area in 2004 and after 20 years away relocated back to Williamsport in 2021. She is once again established in the community within our City with her husband of 25 years and her four children. Dena enjoys socializing with friends and having a great cup of coffee. She can be found frequently laughing while engaged in a phone call or enjoying FaceTime with her children who are away at college.
Becky Bower
Becky is the office secretary, she's the first to greet you with a friendly face when you walk in the door and the first to answer your call.
She is originally from Lycoming County growing up in Elimsport, PA and graduating from Montgomery Jr./Sr. High School in 1995. Becky still resides in Elimsport with her husband of 25 years. Together they raised their three children.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her granddaughters, Ivy and Violet.
